2018年6月，西航學子林大為從西航畢業以后，正式入職深圳寶安國際機場，成為一名機務維修員。曾經的他，以一名學生的身份感受著火車站、機場的忙碌與熱鬧。而如今，他第一次以民航人的身份參與到春運這場攻堅戰中。

“林大為，您好！國內機位號339，航班號9C8949任務接機，等待您的反饋。”這是每個工作日都能聽到的任務終端機派發任務的提示音。從接受任務到看著飛機推出，保障航班勤務工作的一系列程序，林大為早已爛熟于心。春運期間，深圳機場航班量增多，保障任務難度加大，林大為也在心里時刻提醒自己應當注意哪些風險點和應當避免哪些違規操作。

剛到機場工作時，林大為也會怕苦怕累，也曾抱怨過，但在師傅的悉心教導下，漸漸擺正自己的心態。如今，當他穿上機務員制服、帶上通行證時，便明白自己身上背負的責任?，F在，林大為每天工作最大收獲就是看到自己保障的一架架航班正常起飛、降落。
