                                                  飛行員是航空領域需要的最為寶貴的專業人才，只有通過嚴格的挑選和培養才能滿足要求。在國民基礎教育階段，結合通識教育實施飛行員早期培養，不僅可以提早發現稀缺人才苗子，為后續精準挑選創造條件，而且，通過適當的保護與培養，還可以為后續職業化飛行培訓打下一定的文化、知識、技能和身體、心理等基礎。與此同時，飛行員早期培養項目的推廣普及，使得飛行員這個在普通民眾尤其是青少年心目中高不可及的職業形象，一下子走到了身邊，甚至走進了自己的尋常學習與生活，對于航空文化的推廣普及有著極其重要的標志性的意義。

                                                  隨著航空文化在青少中的普及，探究與科學的航空精神，嚴謹與系統地航空行為，必將對他們高尚人格和嚴謹行為習慣的培養產生積極的影響；使飛行員早期培養的意義，遠遠超出少數參與者職業培養的范疇，惠及更多的青少年，影響更深層次的能力、素質的培養與提高。
